Exercising and heavy work-outs are not the only things required for a perfect six packs abs. Apart from these two, the kind of diet you consume is one of the most important things that matters. Even hours of exercising and work- out cannot give you desired results, unless you are following a proper diet schedule. Exercising and work-outs can reduce fats but the diet you maybe consuming might contain more fats. There are some particular types of exercises, focusing primarily on abs. So a blend of right type of exercise with proper diet is a key to attain required perfect six packs abs.
It is worth mentioning that the food, which you consume while working for perfect six packs abs, has 90% impact and rest 10% is your work-out. This is the reason why we are stressing upon the importance of diet. There are number of mineral rich, low fat diets that are recommended but the following below mentioned food items are preferred. 1. Grape fruit:

It regulates muscle wasting and ensures the regulation of a hormone called Cortical, which is used for storage of fat in the stomach. The natural peanut butter is rich in B5 vitamin. 3. Fish:
Fish may not be the option for vegetarian people but it is enriched with certain minerals, which are very beneficial for our body. Cod, Tuna and Salmon are three such species, which are recommended. 4. Eggs, almonds, yoghurt, acai berries, apples and soy are recommended to be included in your diet chart as these are the sources of minerals, required by the body.
5. Water acts as an elixir for human body. One’s must consume lots of water before going for exercise session. It decreases the chances of becoming dehydrated while doing the extreme exercises.
